Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All ESTRYX pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from the delivery times listed above.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. ESTRYX has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. ESTRYX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it.
